Comic episodes are a great form of communication with a cautious client, building their trust in the brand while combating many myths about the real estate market. They have been used as content marketing, supplemented by social media sharing and occasional use in PR articles about housing and business.
The comics go through the usual progression from sketch, the first stage of flat colouring to the final form with bubbles and lettering. All in successive steps, which the client has the opportunity to comment on.
A distinctive aspect and requirement of this commission is the specific colour palette, which caters to the female audience and customers of Supermaklettes. In addition to the colour scheme, there are also specific references to the luxury clothing of the comic book heroes, modern accessories, expensive cars and real estate in prime addresses that are included in the comics.

The female audience will notice specific models from the world’s leading clothing houses incorporated into the comic books. Therefore, there has been attention to detail in both the choice of pastel colors and the treatment of fashion based on pre-selected reference photographs.
