Recruitment campaign for Tyco

Tyco approached us and invited us to work with them on their new recruitment campaign.
The basis of the creation consisted in the design of the graphic manual and especially the use of brand colours, which we interwove into the visual communication in both the offline and online space.

 

The goal was to design a suitable style, proxy archetypes of the company’s employees and to incorporate everything into a series of recruitment visuals, posters, banners, billboards and citylights.
